Yes. Rennix supports deposits and pre-authorisations for rentals, demos, and high-value items, with automatic release or conversion when items are returned.
To remain PCI compliant, Rennix does not offer unreferenced refunding. Refunds are processed directly through Rennix and tied back to the original transaction, keeping reporting and reconciliation clean.
Yes. Transactions can be split across multiple payment methods (e.g. card + gift card) where supported.
Absolutely. Rennix keeps online and in-store payments connected, so customer balances, bookings, and orders stay in sync.

Rennix will securely store customers' card details in certain situations. The Rennix platform itself can not see card infomration; however, we use encrypted tokens to link payments with customers and specific items. This allows Rennix to refund customers without presenting a card while also strictly complying with Anti-Money Laundering laws.
