Adding a consignment asset in Rennix is effortless. Simply open the customer’s profile, enter the product details, and record any condition notes or damage. Set the sale price, print the label, and the item is instantly created as a uniquely identified asset, fully tracked and ready for sale.

Customer Preferences

When assets are dropped off, the customer chooses how they would like to be paid, either cash or store credit. A digital signature is then captured to confirm the terms of the consignment agreement, creating a clear, professional record for both the store and the customer.

Customer Confirmation and live tracking

Once the customer’s consignment items are entered and the terms are signed, Rennix automatically sends them an SMS with a link to their consignment summary. This link opens a live PDF showing their items, pricing, and agreement details. As items sell, the document updates in real time, giving customers a simple way to check the status of their consignment at any time.
