Agent Code
Each participating agent is issued a unique code that securely verifies their access to the Rennix Agent Portal. This ensures every agent only sees the locations, availability, and pricing that are relevant to them, keeping your data protected while delivering a clean, tailored booking experience for each partner.

Once the Agent has verified their account, only Rennix store locations that they partner with will show for them to select.
Booking Reference

Agent bookings appear the same as direct bookings. Simply search for the customer’s mobile number and the booking will load instantly, with an “A” prefix clearly showing it originated from an agent.
